This feature eliminates duplicate data maintenance across systems. The User Interface Designer makes implementation of your branding easy even for non-technical people. Extensive catalog permission capabilities allow you to control who sees which products at what level of detail and which prices. For example, certain users, like your sales people or your channel partners, could be allowed to browse the entire catalog, obtain their own prices, customize products, request pricing concessions, generate quotes and proposals, or place orders. Your customers or prospects on the other hand may only be allowed to access a subset of products and/or a subset of product information details, only see list prices or even no prices, place orders or only request quotes.
WebSource CPQ online catalog solution also allows you to enable e-commerce and even set up an unlimited number of different shopping carts, with different capabilities for different user types. Certain user groups may be allowed to place orders via standard credit card checkout prices, while existing customers can also place orders via Purchase Orders.
