Receiving orders by fax, email or over the phone can be very inefficient. They often contain errors or in the best case scenario they are accurate but require manual processing.

Prior to implementing CallidusCloud CPQ, a large HVAC manufacturer was receiving orders from their manufacturing reps via fax or email. Over 25% of all orders contained errors or were incomplete. A phone call to a rep, often involving phone tag, was required for at least one out of 4 orders before an order could be keyed in into SAP.
